PROJECT OVERVIEW

This addition to the residence consists of a new second floor, two car garage and renovation of kitchen / dining area. The Owner also desired to add character and curb appeal to the existing house facade. To achieve the desired look we added an arched porch, and emphasized the main entrance. The first floor plan was re−designed to incorporate a grand staircase, open kitchen, and formal dining room. The new second floor will provide three bedrooms, two baths and a playroom. The home is now 6,500 SF.
