Project size: 142,000 SF with 366 Parking Spaces
The BJCC Premier Parking Lot project consists of a 3/4 city block bounded by 10th and 11th Avenues North, and 18th and 19th Streets North in Birmingham, Alabama. As the BJCC expands, so does their need for parking. With this project T•R•I increased parking for the Arena, Theatre and Exhibit Halls events. The project completed the development of an asphalt lot for approximately 430 automobiles. Premier parking Lot 13 will also provide 366 new parking spaces as well as parking for buses and trailers. The project included fencing, lighting and thickened paving to accommodate 18-wheel event trucks.
